Fiber Internet Shop is an independent online platform operated by Transtech Marketing Network LLC. We help residential customers compare internet, TV, and bundle plans from major service providers and connect them with providers serving their address.
Because we do not directly sell, bill, or provide internet, TV, or telecommunications services, this page explains how cancellations, billing issues, equipment returns, and service complaints are handled.
How Service Cancellations Work
If you enrolled in service through Fiber Internet Shop, the actual service agreement is between you and the provider (such as AT&T, Verizon, Xfinity, Frontier, Optimum, Kinetic by Windstream, etc.). Cancellations must therefore be initiated directly with the provider:
- Call the provider’s customer service line (printed on your monthly bill)
- Use the provider’s online cancellation form or chat
- Visit a retail location if the provider operates one in your area
Cancellation timing, notice requirements, early termination fees, and final-bill terms are governed by your provider’s contract — not by Fiber Internet Shop. Common provisions include 30-day notice, prorated final billing, and early termination fees on contracted plans.
Equipment Returns
Routers, modems, cable boxes, ONTs, and other equipment supplied by your provider must be returned directly to that provider, typically within 30 days of service cancellation, to avoid unreturned-equipment fees. Each provider has its own return process — most accept returns via prepaid UPS or FedEx labels, drop-off at an authorized retail location, or in-home pickup in some markets.
Fiber Internet Shop is not authorized to accept, ship, or process equipment returns on behalf of any provider.
Billing Disputes & Refunds
If you have a billing dispute, an incorrect charge, a missed promotion credit, or believe you are owed a refund, you must work directly with your provider’s billing department. The provider holds your account, processes payments, and is the only party authorized to issue refunds, credits, or billing corrections.
If you believe a billing matter relates to the way the plan was presented during your initial inquiry through Fiber Internet Shop, please contact us first at info@fiberinternetshop.com with your service address, provider, and a description of the issue. We will review our records and help you reach the appropriate provider contact. We do not, however, have authority to credit or refund your provider bill.
Service Complaints & Quality Issues
Service quality (slow speeds, outages, technician scheduling, installation problems, equipment failures, etc.) is handled by your provider’s customer service and technical support teams. Each provider publishes its own service-level commitments — review your plan’s terms or call the provider’s support line.

Charges from Fiber Internet Shop
Fiber Internet Shop does not charge consumers any fee for using our comparison service, contacting our agents, or enrolling in a provider’s plan through us. Our compensation comes from referral commissions paid by participating providers — at no additional cost to you. There is no charge to refund because there was never a charge to begin with.
If you ever see a charge on your billing statement from “Fiber Internet Shop” or “Transtech Marketing Network LLC,” contact us immediately at the email or phone above — that would not be a charge we originated, and we will help you investigate.
Cancellation Rights
Cancellation rights, fees, and trial periods depend on the selected provider, the service agreement, the enrollment method, and applicable state or federal law. Customers should review the provider’s order confirmation and service terms or contact the provider directly for cancellation instructions. The FTC Cooling-Off Rule does not generally cover sales completed entirely by telephone, online, or by mail. The Telemarketing Sales Rule regulates disclosures and related practices but does not create a universal cooling-off period for every telephone sale.
